The conference organizing committee is excited to offer two lodging options for attendees. Both hotels will have rooms available at conference pricing from Saturday, October 5th through Tuesday, October 9th.

The Wingate by Wyndham is offering a room with 2 queen beds for $115/night (not including tax). You can call the hotel directly at (512) 754-6621 and mention AGX and SWAAG Conference 2024 or book using the provided booking portal.
The Comfort Suites is offering:
- Single king bed for $99/night (not including tax) and $5.99 hospitality fee/night ($139/night for 10/5 only)
- 2 queen beds for $109/night (not including tax) and a $5.99 hospitality fee/night ($149/night for 10/5 only)
Traveling to San Marcos...
San Marcos is accessible from both the San Antonio International Airport (~45 miles/50 minutes) and the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (~40 miles/45 minutes). The following transportation options are available from these airports to San Marcos:
