AGC 2020

AGC 2020: An Online Conference
CONFERENCE NEWS: The AGC 2020 program is now out. Please visit our AGC 2020 program page to check out the complete session schedule for Monday, October 19, and Tuesday, October 20.
The AGC board has voted unanimously to hold our AGC 2020 meeting (October 18-20) in an online format. This online format responds to the realities of the situation facing many of our attenders, who will find conference travel difficult or impossible in fall 2020. Going online also opens up many new possibilities for us as a community, and our AGC board is determined to take a creative approach in offering several attractive features that leverage our online format.

We will also note that this is a decision for our 2020 meeting only. While we will learn from AGC 2020 and aim to include online components in all future conferences, our hope is to proceed with plans for AGC 2021 in Toledo.

  • 1. Only papers with abstracts that have been formally submitted to and accepted by the AGC and have at least one author registered with the conference may be presented at AGC 2020.
  • 2. All paper presentations must be no longer than 15 minutes.
  • 3. Use of live versus recorded presentations is the decision of the session organizer. Please consult with your session organizer regarding the presentation format to be used for your session and paper presentation.
  • 4. AGC actively promotes a welcoming and supportive environment for all conference community members. Participants whose work or interactions with other conference community members do not support this aim may be excluded from conference activities. No registration fee refund will be provided in such cases.
