AGC Poster Session Guidelines
Our maximum poster size is 48" x 36" which is very close to the A0 paper size (46.8" x 33.1"). AGC will supply a cardboard display board and binder clips for hanging posters. Presenters who wish to display posters smaller than 48" x 36" should come prepared with their own devices (pins, thumb tacks, etc.) to hang their poster.

The AGC Student and Practitioner Participation Program ("AGC-SP3")
Are you a student who would like to attend AGC 2019 but are falling a little short on the financial resources needed to participate? Or are you a practitioner working somewhere in the applied geography field who wants to come and take part in a session, but your employer will not fund your conference experience? The AGC's Student and Practitioner Participation Program ("SP3") provides limited funding* to assist with defraying some conference costs for students and practitioners who find themselves in challenging financial situations.
To apply for SP3 consideration, please email AGC with a one-page letter attachment (Word format, 12 point Times New Roman font or equivalent, single spaced, 1" margins). The letter must be submitted via email by August 15, and needs to explain:
* We want SP3 funding to be substantial enough to be meaningful, but it should not be counted on as any attender's only funding source for AGC 2019 attendance.
